Refund & Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any Item with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that send your purchase back without approved.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is not returned more than 15 days after received.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Note: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
